Following on from the successful and well-respected OFX open-flow pumps, Tetra is pleased to announce two new ranges of pond pump – the FPX and CPX. Built using the same product development process as for the OFX, the emphasis for both pumps is on performance and reliability.

FPX range
The FPX range consists of three brand new fountain pumps that are ideal for smaller water features and ponds, where small filter systems, water courses, or fountains are needed. A strengthened ceramic shaft that is 100% stronger than previous pumps, along with vibration protection, ensures that these pumps are more reliable and longer-lasting than most. In addition, a large surface area ensures minimal blocking and reduced maintenance.

CPX range
The powerful new CPX range of cascade pumps are designed to deliver strong flows of water to filters, water courses, and large fountains. Built using the same technology as the OFX pumps, the CPX range consist of only one moving part, and an impeller made from the engineering-grade material Noryl. This makes them incredibly resilient and robust, ensuring consistent and long-lasting performance. A large surface area, and the option to run them without a foam insert, means that blocking and maintenance is kept to a minimum.

OFX range
Already a favourite with serious water gardeners and pond builders, the OFX open-flow pumps are built to handle debris up to 10mm in size, thus providing a consistent and uninterrupted flow to water courses and filter systems. A robust impeller, large surface area, and non-restrictive outlet, ensures minimal flow loss and virtually no blocking.
